Kunshan Haijin Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the Bacheng Industrial Park, with a workshop spanning 34,000 square meters. The company specializes in manufacturing vacuum compression machines for pillow cores, pillow‑filling machines, bedding production lines, rigid cotton production lines, glue‑free cotton production lines, bedding rolling machines, down‑and‑cotton filling machines, sofa cushion‑filling machines, cotton‑filling machines, cotton‑opening machines, and other toy‑making and home‑textile equipment—products that have been developed over more than two decades. Our offerings are widely applicable and available in a full range of specifications and models. To date, we have established five major product series: cotton‑opening machines, filling machines, pillow‑core machines, cutting machines, down‑like filling machines, needle‑detecting machines, carding machines, as well as various other toy‑making and home‑textile machinery. Caring for and understanding our customers has always been our unwavering commitment.

The company continuously introduces cutting-edge technologies from South Korea, Taiwan, and Europe, collaborates extensively with numerous domestic textile machinery research institutes, and leverages AUTOCAD computer-aided design. Its products feature scientifically sound designs, exceptional durability, and superior safety and energy efficiency, enabling it to maintain a leading position in both domestic and international markets and earning high recognition from industry peers as well as widespread acclaim from customers.

Continuous improvement and quality enhancement are the company’s unwavering goals. The company has already obtained ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certification and passed the audit by the National Textile Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Furthermore, our company received CE certification in April 2008.

The company maintains offices in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Yangzhou, and operates numerous distribution and agency outlets, with its products enjoying strong sales nationwide. In 2005, it also obtained export licensing, enabling its products to be widely exported to the United States, Brazil, Europe, Indonesia, Russia, and various countries in Southeast Asia. The company has already achieved CE certification.
