The impurity-removal device is an indispensable component of the sofa‑filling machine, consisting primarily of an impurity-collection bin and an impurity‑stirring mechanism. The waste-collection bin is trapezoidal in shape and is equipped with a waste‑stirring unit at its base; this stirrer features six blades.

 

 

It consists of a roller-chain gear reduction motor, with online adjustability for the waste‑removal mode; it can be configured for continuous or intermittent waste removal, with both the removal duration and the interval freely set according to process requirements.

The sofa cotton-filling machine features a waste collection bin with one side connected to a discharge pipe, which channels impurities that drip into the cotton hopper and directs them into the dust filtration system. The bottom surface is fitted with casters; these can be extended to allow observation of the cotton flow as it descends.
