This product is primarily intended for use by manufacturers specializing in the opening and filling of pillow cores, cushions, seat pads, and similar items. Our company has developed a next-generation automatic, precisely-quantified pillow‑core filling machine. The cotton is first loosened and then sprayed with water by a blower; the pillowcase is pneumatically clamped in a single step, resulting in products that are more uniform and fully filled. Scope of application: Primarily used for opening and loosening synthetic fiber raw materials, ensuring that the filled cushions and pillow cores are evenly plump, aesthetically pleasing, require minimal investment yet deliver high returns, and are easy to operate. Equipped with a variable-frequency drive, it can simultaneously open and loosen synthetic fibers of 6D denier or higher, and can be custom‑made to meet specific customer requirements.
