3) Machine Overview:
(1) The hot-rolling rolls are manufactured from high-quality seamless steel tubing, 410×28 mm, with a specially treated surface.
(2) Both ends of the hot-rolling roll are fitted with rotary joints to enable the circulation and reuse of heat-transfer oil.
(3) The upper roll of the hot rolling mill is adjustable, with a temperature control range of 80–230°C and a temperature display function.
(4) Independent temperature control for the two rollers, with automatic constant-temperature regulation.
