    This machine is used to lay out combed synthetic cotton into a specified thickness and width for subsequent processing steps. The main frame features a folded‑plate design, ensuring adequate strength and stability. The oil‑proof tracks are vertically oriented, with vertical and horizontal plate thicknesses of 8 mm and 6 mm, respectively. The web‑laying system incorporates segmented, independent variable‑frequency control to ensure uniformity and smoothness of the fiber web.

    The reciprocating control signal is implemented using an infrared photoelectric transducer, while the reciprocating motor is driven by variable-frequency control; the remaining motors also employ variable-frequency drives. The bottom curtain of the web‑forming machine is made of plastic, and the feed curtain is likewise constructed from plastic. The bottom curtain’s vertical movement is achieved via an electrically powered worm‑gear lift, and a cotton‑pressing roller is installed at the outlet.

    The reciprocating motion is driven by a chain transmission, with each drive component featuring a lightweight yet high‑strength specialized design. Matching motor ratings: the reciprocating unit is 2.2 kW, paired with a 100/10:1 worm‑gear reducer; the inclined curtain and compensating curtain units are 1.5 kW, equipped with an 80/10:1 worm‑gear reducer; the bottom curtain motor is 1.5 kW. Transmission speed is adjustable to suit production‑rate requirements.
