    It is suitable for thoroughly blending the fibers to be opened and evenly conveying them to the next processing stage. Photoelectric sensors monitor the cotton inventory in the cotton box, while the vibration plate is adjustable to control the feed rate. The photoelectric system also regulates the cotton discharge rate; inside the cotton box, a corner‑nail curtain transports the fibers, and protective discs are fitted at the ends of the doffer shafts to prevent fiber winding. The machine frame is constructed from 8 mm‑thick high‑quality steel and undergoes stress‑relief treatment to eliminate internal stresses.
