    The filling efficiency is 15–20 times that of manual filling, capable of handling both long and short fibers, as well as cotton and PP cotton ranging from 0.7D to 15D. It makes fabric sofas, seat cushions, back pillows, and bedding items fluffier, softer, and more resilient, with a comfortable hand feel. This product can also produce ultra‑fine hollow fiber cotton, offering rapid and effective pillow‑core filling. The ultra‑fine fiber loosening rate can reach up to 99%.
