    The filling efficiency is 15–20 times that of manual filling, capable of processing both long and short fibers, as well as cotton and PP cotton ranging from 0.7D to 15D. This results in upholstered sofas, seat cushions, backrests, and bedding that are fluffier, softer, more resilient, and exceptionally comfortable to the touch. The product can also be used to produce ultra‑fine polyester fibers for down‑like cotton, enabling rapid and highly effective pillow‑core filling. The loosening rate of these ultra‑fine fibers can reach up to 99%.
