    Production Line Overview
    Non-woven Fiberfill is an environmentally friendly filling material widely used in home textiles, apparel, automotive interiors, medical protection, and other fields. This production line employs advanced technologies for fiber opening, carding, web formation, and hot-air thermal setting, enabling automated, high‑efficiency manufacturing of non‑woven cotton. The resulting product boasts excellent loft, uniformity, and the absence of chemical binders, meeting stringent environmental and health standards.


    Core Process Flow
    Raw Material Preprocessing

    Fiber opening: Raw materials such as polyester, PP cotton, and ES fibers are loosened by an opening machine to remove impurities, resulting in loose, dispersed fibers.

    Blend formulation (optional): Adjust the proportions of different fibers as needed to optimize product performance, such as softness and elasticity.

    Fiber Carding and Web Formation

    High-speed carding machine: It cards the opened fibers into a uniform, single-layer web, ensuring no neps and consistent thickness.

    Cross-lapping: A web-forming machine is used to stack multiple layers of fiber webs, with basis weight (typically 50–300 g/m²) and loftiness adjusted.

    Hot-air setting

    Hot-air oven: Uses hot air (120–180°C) to melt and bond low-melting-point fibers (such as ES fibers), enabling shaping without the use of adhesives while preserving a fluffy structure.

    Cooling and shaping: The material is calendered through cooling rollers to stabilize its thickness and strength.

    Finishing and Slitting

    Calendering (optional): Enhances surface smoothness through hot-rolling rollers, suitable for applications such as garment interlinings.

    Automatic cutting: Cut into rolls or sheets according to customer requirements, with an accuracy of up to ±1 mm.
