    Product Details

    Production Line Overview

This production line is specifically designed for the automated manufacturing of fiber‑filled duvet covers, covering the entire process from fiber carding and filling web formation to duvet cover packaging. It features high efficiency, precision, and hygiene, making it ideal for large‑scale production in home textiles, hotel supplies, medical bedding, and other sectors.

    Core Process Flow

Pretreatment of Synthetic Fiber Raw Materials

Raw material opening: Compressed synthetic fiber blocks (such as polyester and PP cotton) are loosened by an opening machine to achieve a fluffy, dispersed state.

Fiber carding: High-speed carding machines are used to align the fibers into a uniform web, ensuring that the filling material is free of clumps and maintains consistent thickness.

    Padding webbing and shaping

The cross-lapper stacks the carded fibers in multiple layers, adjusting basis weight and loft.

Short‑cycle hot‑air setting (optional): Stabilizes the fiber structure at low temperatures, enhancing resilience.

    Duvet Cover Sets and Packaging

Automatic cutting: Cuts the padding layer to the preset dimensions, matching the duvet cover shell.

Filling and encasement: A filling machine is used to evenly distribute the fiber layer into the pre‑formed duvet cover shell, preventing uneven distribution.

Quilting/Sealing: The filling is secured using a multi-needle quilting machine, or sealed with an ultrasonic sealing machine (for applications requiring mite‑proof and antibacterial properties).

    Quality Inspection and Packaging

Weight Inspection: Ensure that the fill weight of each quilt meets the specified standard.

Metal detection: Eliminates potential metallic contaminants during the manufacturing process.

Automatic folding and packaging: vacuum compression (optional) followed by boxing.

    Production Line Advantages

High efficiency : Fully automated process, with a daily output of 2,000 to 5,000 beds (depending on specifications).

Precise control The PLC system adjusts parameters such as fill quantity and quilting pitch, with an error margin of ≤2%.

Health and Environmental Protection : The closed-loop filling process reduces dust pollution and supports the use of recyclable synthetic fiber materials.

Flexible adaptation : Allows quick switching between different duvet cover sizes (twin, full, queen) and fill weights.

    Optional configuration

Intelligent Sorting System : Integrate with the MES system to enable order batch management.

Antibacterial Treatment Module : Online spraying of antibacterial agents (suitable for medical and children’s products).
