    1) Machine function: The laid-out cotton is subjected to high-temperature baking to bond and secure it.

    2) Technical specifications: The blower system comprises two 7.5 kW motors and four 5.5 kW motors, which regulate airflow to ensure uniform air distribution.

    The insulation panels are fabricated from cold-rolled steel, with an insulating core made of aluminosilicate material. Each panel has a thickness of 100 mm and consists of four layers.

    The machining area measures 6,000 mm in length and 3,100 mm in width.

    Total weight: 12 tons

    3) Machine Overview:

    (1) The control system uses variable frequency drive, and the transmission employs stainless steel mesh and curtain rods.

    (2) Hot-air circulation employs penetrating convection, with airflow blowing upward and drawing downward; the air duct features a modular, drawer‑type design, making it easy to pull out the duct’s plug‑in panels for cleaning and removing accumulated debris.

    The main structure is fabricated from cold-rolled steel plates in a frame configuration (using angle iron).

    (3) The front and rear glue‑spraying tanks are constructed from stainless steel plates and stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 25 mm and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm.

    (4) Oven heating method: Heating tubes (electric heating)
