3) Machine Overview:

(1) The main frame adopts a folded-plate structure, ensuring sufficient strength and stability; the rails are oil‑tight, with vertical and horizontal plate thicknesses of 8 mm and 6 mm, respectively.

(2) The web-forming section is equipped with segmented, independent variable-frequency control to ensure uniform and smooth web quality.

(3) The reciprocating control signal is implemented using an infrared photoelectric transducer.

(4) The reciprocating motor is controlled by variable-frequency drive, and the remaining motors are also equipped with variable-frequency control.

(5) The bottom curtain of the web‑laying machine is a plastic curtain, and the feed curtain also uses a plastic curtain.

(6) The bottom curtain is raised and lowered by an electric turbine mechanism, and the outlet is equipped with a cotton-pressing roller.
