3) Machine Overview:
(1) Photoelectric control regulates the cotton level in the cotton hopper; the vibration plate is adjustable, enabling precise control of the cotton feed rate.
(2) Optoelectronic control regulates the cotton discharge rate from the cotton box, and fiber is conveyed within the box by a corner‑nail curtain.
(3) Use a protective disc on the end face of the handwheel shaft to prevent yarn winding.
(4) Vibration motor: 0.75 kW, 6-pole standard motor;
(5) The corner‑nail curtain is driven by a 1.5 kW variable‑frequency motor coupled with an 80/10:1 worm gear transmission.
