1) Machine function: It initially loosens the raw material delivered by the weighing and opening machine and then conveys it to the cotton collection bin via a cotton‑feeding blower.

3) Machine Overview:

(1) The opening and loosening process employs a needle‑plate opener.

(2) The opening machine is equipped with powerful magnets to remove metallic impurities.

(3) The feed roller has a diameter of φ75 mm, with grooved surfaces on both the upper and lower pairs; the upper roller is spring‑loaded.

(4) High-speed centrifugal cotton‑feeding fan, with the feed roller and opening roller motors interlocked; the feed mechanism is equipped with a forward/reverse switch; the fan motor is 2.2–4 poles; and the cotton‑conveying duct has a diameter of 200 mm.

(5) Control Mode: The feed motor and the doffer roller motor are interlocked with a stall‑protection feature; during operation, the feed mechanism is controlled by a photoelectric sensor in the cotton storage bin of the cotton feeder, and it is equipped with a forward/reverse switch.
