1) Machine function: It takes the cotton fed from the automatic cotton opener, cardes it into a web, and processes it into a定量 (quantitative) fiber web composed of individual fibers.

3) Machine Overview:

a. The cylinder, doffer, work roll, stripping roll, and miscellaneous rolls are all subjected to quenching and tempering treatment and precision machined.

b. A doffer pre‑cleaning roller is installed, and the cotton discharge motor is driven by a variable‑frequency drive.

d. Feed Infeed: Equipped with a metal detection device, it features four rollers wrapped with metal needle cloth, arranged in upper and lower paired sets. Notably, the bearing housing and drive gear of the first feed-in pair on the upper roller are made of nylon, enabling metal detection, automatic stop‑and‑alarm functionality, and a reverse‑run feature.

e. The cotton roller uses variable-frequency control, with four standard 0.75 kW motors paired with 60:1 reduction gearboxes.

f. The cylinder and the doffer are castings, with wall thicknesses of 25 mm for the cylinder and 20 mm for the doffer, each equipped with internal reinforcing rings; other rollers are fabricated from seamless steel tubing with wall thicknesses of 6–8 mm.
