I. Main Technical Specifications of the Production Line
1. Nominal machine width: Carding machine — 1850 mm
Web-laying machine — 2700*3200 mm
Drying oven — 3100*8000 mm

3. Product varieties: various thermally bonded nonwoven fabrics, including glue-free cotton and rigid cotton wadding.
4. Applicable fibers: polyester, polypropylene, and composite bicomponent fibers; waste and regenerated fibers; natural fibers; man-made fibers; and their blended fibers.
5. Product specifications: 100–1400 g/m²
6. Production Capacity: The carding machine has a throughput of 150–350 kg/h, depending on the type of synthetic fiber feedstock and the specific model of the carding machine.
7. Total installed power of the production line: 110 kW (excluding the ironing machine, which is 54 kW)
8. Heating methods: thermal oil, electric heating, biomass pellets, natural gas
